weekly wrap up, 9-5-10

I don’t know if I’ll be doing this every week but it’s worth a shot. Seems like a good way to keep track of my progress.

Monday- 2.2 miles, 35 minutes, treadmill

Tuesday- 2.5 miles, 35 minutes, treadmill

Wednesday- 2.5 miles, 35 minutes, treadmill

Thursday- 3 miles, 39 minutes, pathway at local park

Friday- 3 miles, 39 minutes, pathway at local park

Saturday- swimming, 500 meters

Sunday- 2.6 miles, 35 minutes, treadmill. Personal best! 25 minutes running nonstop!

Total- 16 miles
