No running today. 800m swim in 30min. Definitely more relaxed- yesterday’s run was hard, and I knew today had to be easier.
Tomorrow I’m debating between a long run and hitting the weight room. I feel like I need to hit the weights to improve, but I also want to run. (How weird is that? I WANT to run!)
