Tuesday- 3.5 miles, 55 minutes (neighborhood loop)

Wednesday- swimming, 800m, 30 minutes

Thursday- 3.05 miles, 50 minutes (neighborhood loop)

Friday- Free personal training session at the gym! 5 minutes on the treadmill (about .25 mile) plus 45 minutes of strength training

Saturday- treadmill, 2.61 miles, 40 minutes. Intervals.

Sunday- treadmill, .25 mile, 5 minutes & 45 minutes circuit training (strength) & elliptical, .5 mile, 10 minutes
