circuit training, run vs rest

This morning I did circuit training for 45 minutes, plus a 10min/0.5mile warmup and a 10min/0.5mile cool-down.

Same circuit as before (see below), except I kind “forgot” and accidentally did a couple of my chest press rounds at 20lbs.

Now I’m sitting here thinking crazy thoughts about tomorrow. I really *should* take a rest day tomorrow. I’m still fighting soreness in my quads and glutes, and I should let them recover 100%. But I think I want to run. It’s a crazy thing, but I want to run.

Chest press (15 lbs, 15 reps)
Back fly (10 lbs, 15 reps)
Bus drivers (10 lbs, 15 reps)
Lunges (around 15 reps on each leg? I dunno, I just lunged around the perimeter of the gym.)
Bicep curls (20 lbs, 15 reps)
Tricep curls (20 lbs, 15 reps)
Single-leg squat (15 reps on each leg)
Single-leg reach (15 reps on each leg)
Bosu Ball Crunches (15 reps on each side)
Prone Iso-Ab on Bosu Ball (Hold for 20sec x2)
Opposite Knee to Arm (15 reps on each side)
repeat circuit 3 times
