Thursday- treadmill, .5 mile/10 minutes & 45 minutes circuit training (strength) & treadmill, .5 mile/10 minutes

Friday- rest day

Saturday- treadmill, 2.93 miles in 46 minutes

Sunday- 3.05 miles in 47 minutes
