Today was a bit more relaxed, on purpose- yesterday’s run really wiped me out.
I went to the gym (24 Hour Fitness), originally planning 60 minutes of weights. I wound up spending 30 minutes renewing my gym membership- hard to believe I’ve been a member so long already! No complaints though, my gym is fantastic, plus I won’t have to deal with this again for over two more years. Then of course, 30 minutes of weights.
After the gym, I picked up Sadie, my friend’s adorable dog, and took her on a long walk. 4 miles.
I’m figuring out what I will do tomorrow- probably a run. I plan to push myself but that makes me a little nervous. I know it will be hard. Here’s hoping it will be good too.
