I wish I could find the words to express how unbelievably discouraged I am lately. I’m sure part of it is freaking out over the 10k I’m running in 8 days (one week from tomorrow!), but even just knowing that doesn’t make me feel much better!

I am quite certain that part of it is general exhaustion. I’ve pushed myself VERY hard and I need to rest before I am totally burned out. So I attempted to lift weights (a little bit) today, but I didn’t do much. Mostly today has been a rest day. Likely tomorrow will be a rest day too. Sunday, I may run but that will just depend on how I feel.
