Today’s run was only so-so, but at the same time not bad. I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill- 2.08 miles in 35 minutes. Nothing spectacular but it still felt good.
Then I picked up Sadie for a 4-mile walk. THAT felt great. Walking her is such a jump-start for me! She charges my batteries like almost nothing else!
Tomorrow I will do one more run before Saturday’s 10k. I think I may go out to the same park where I usually walk Sadie. Of course I’ll write about it!
I’m still nervous about Saturday’s race. But feeling better. Hopefully tomorrow goes well…
