weight lifting, sore ankle

My brain is just  mush today. I can barely focus on anything.

I managed to get to the gym, though- 15min/1mile on the treadmill, 15 or 20 minutes of lifting weights, and another 15min/1mile on the treadmill. I played with the incline on the treadmill a bit, which was interesting.

My left ankle is still bugging me a bit. It’s frustrating- I don’t know what is wrong with it. My gut tells me it is irritating but not serious, but I don’t know for sure.

I also managed to strain one of my shoulder/back muscles when I was lifting weights this morning. Boo.
