For a variety of reasons, I wound up not running today, but I found this article and wanted to share it.
Allow me to clarify: That article was written on a website that promotes the fat acceptance movement. I am neither pro nor anti fat acceptance. I think there are valuable opinions in all sides of the movement and choose to not ally myself to any one side. However, this article specifically speaks of what I believe are the dangers of constant dieting. Because of those dangers, I refuse to diet. I will not deprive myself. I will not calorie-restrict. I will, however, constantly strive to eat healthy and balanced meals and to maintain an active lifestyle.
