I actually have been doing pretty good lately.
The past month has been a bit harder for me, harder to focus on running and a lot of stress in general. But I’ve been doing okay, all things considered. On Tuesday I went to yoga and walked Sadie. On Wednesday I ran at the gym and I walked Sadie. It’s not perfect but I’m pleased with every little achievement.
I’m searching through some free downloadable audio books- classic literature, mostly. As my runs have gotten longer, they’ve gotten harder, and I think I want to try using books in my mp3 player to help me along. I’ll take anything I can get to help!
