post-half-marathon-legs!

I’m pretty exhausted today. I was honestly pretty surprised when my alarm went off this morning and I realized just how tired my legs are.

Last night I went bowling. Long story but I was invited to go bowling, and it was killer on my tired legs!

Tomorrow morning I am planning to go to my weekly yoga class, and if I still feel up to it, I will take Sadie out for a walk. Hopefully by Wednesday I will feel good enough to run again!
