I attempted a long run today, but it just didn’t happen. Honestly it was super frustrating- I got out there, but my calf muscles were tight and my mind wasn’t in it, and I was just struggling every step of the way. I was originally planning to run something like 10 miles, but I wound up cutting it off at 6 miles so that *maybe* I will be able to run again tomorrow. Though even that, I’m not too sure about- it’s been a few hours but my calves are still sore. Grr.
