yoga and sleep

I am EXHAUSTED today so this probably won’t make much sense.

I woke up early for yoga today and had a GREAT yoga class. Really worked my muscles hard! Tried to do some core exercises when I got home but I couldn’t last much longer than about 15 minutes- my abs were just that sore!

The rest of my day was equally productive, but I was not able to take my planned nap, and I’m operating on very little sleep. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep last night, and the previous two nights were only slightly better. Lots of work going on lately- I wouldn’t have it any other way, but I am TIRED!
