I’ve been very, very bad today. 🙂
Ok, I suppose the level of my “badness” depends on who you ask. I didn’t run today. Didn’t do yoga. Didn’t stretch. Didn’t go to the gym. Didn’t work out at all.
Bad, I know. But given how good I’ve been the past- goodness- I’ve been sticking to my training plan for a month now! Given that, I think I’ve earned an off day!!
