back on the track

My sleep schedule has been off this week. It’s not an excuse (at least, not a GOOD excuse), but when my sleep schedule is off, it is twice as hard to fit exercise into my schedule. It doesn’t help that I’ve been up to my eyeballs in work this week- definitely not complaining about that, since I’m self employed and work=money.

Tonight, at my dad’s suggestion, he and I paid a visit to our nearby park with the faux track. I’ve definitely lost a little fitness in my relaxed schedule, but not much. It felt good to be stretching my legs again- very, very good. Now if I can just stick with it!!!
