This morning, when I woke up, it was hard to get out of bed. But not for the usual “hard to get out of bed” reasons – the bed is warm and comfortable, etc. No, this morning, it was hard to get out of bed because my back/shoulders hurt!
I felt the same way yesterday morning when I woke up. I think that somehow, laying on my back or on my side is aggravating the injury. It doesn’t feel too bad when I’ve been sitting up for awhile, but right when I’m getting out of bed – ouch!
Tomorrow morning, I have an early BodyPump class, and I’m honestly a bit worried. It’s never easy to get up for these early classes, and it doesn’t help that it’s cold outside. I’m afraid that when I wake up tomorrow morning, I will struggle to get out of bed even more than usual!
